The 2019 study of Caroline Street is critical to the improvement of Museum Park Super Neighborhood. The February 2020 Caroline Street Promenade report sets forth a conceptual plan for pedestrian improvements to the right-of-way along Caroline Street in Museum Park. This work is based on the Museum Park Livable Centers Study and report, completed in the summer of 2016.

Concept Plan Report, Caroline Street Promenade, Pedestrian/Bicycle Infrastructure Improvement Project contains an overview of the project’s process, findings, and recommendations. The report contains contains planning and pre-design services that create a roadmap towards future implementation and set the foundation for future engineering and detailed design efforts.
