City of Houston Planning Department recently sponsored a Visioning Workshop for area stakeholders including Rice Property Management and their team for the redevelopment of Rice property (adjacent to the UD59 cap areas), Midtown RDA and Midtown Management District, Houston Southeast Management District, Museum Park Super Neighborhood, South Main Alliance, Museum District Assn., and Houston Housing, among others. The workshop was facilitated by SWA, the landscape architect, planning, and urban design firm responsible for Museum Park's Livable Centers Study and City of Houston Planning Dept.
