MPSN received the following notification from the Planning Department, rescheduling the September 17 meeting posted earlier. Details are below.

This is to notify you that one or more Transit-Oriented Development streets designated by the City of Houston’s Proposed Transit-Oriented Development Plan are located within the area served by your Super Neighborhood. This plan encourages safe, pedestrian-friendly development within a half mile of walking distance from transit stations.

To learn more about how the plan may affect your neighborhood, please visit https://houstontx.gov/planning/tod-standards.html No action is required at this time, but you may ask questions at the virtual public meeting listed below.
